APPRENTICES AND HEADSTART - SESSION ONE A SUCCESS!

The BIAV HeadStart Zoom session on 21 October was well received by a small but enthusiastic group. Thanks to all who attended.

The HeadStart offering, which helps place the right young people into apprenticeships, whilst still allowing them to complete year 12, was seen to be a program that could certainly benefit BIAV members and the industry as a whole.

Attracting, and retaining talent is an ongoing challenge, so the experts at HeadStart, with their connections to apprentice-focused schools, and their connection to the TAFE system can be a real asset to BIAV and members.
