If you are looking for in-house expertise to increase your production and operational efficiencies, and identify new products and services by bringing together things like computing, data analytics, automation, sensors, robotics and machine learning into cyber-physical systems (machines communicating with one another) then you should attend this event.

Many businesses are looking to harness emerging technologies and enhance their in-house I4.0 applied technologies capability. This capability is not readily available in the Australian market place, but if you are prepared to employ a new trainee, we will help recruit and skill them up for you, and they will grow your capability and help you leverage your business.

Swinburne University of Technology will be taking on its fourth intake of Industry 4.0 trainees in March 2020, and we are seeking a select number of industry partners that are looking to leverage their business by taking advantage of the new opportunities available through advanced manufacturing technologies and the Internet of Things. You will not find a training programme like this anywhere else in Australia. It combines the best of university and vocational learning models to produce job ready graduates who start contributing from the day they commence their education. Swinburne’s applied learning, higher apprenticeship model is built around hands on practical learning experiences in your workplace, and relies on a three way partnership – innovative students, innovative educators and innovative employers.

In addition to a range of digitalisation and manufacturing skills, graduates from this programme will bring a high level of business problem-solving skills, project management and communication skills to your organisation and will become powerful change agents for the integration of new technologies. The apprentices will be work ready from day one, and you can nominate business problems for them to solve or projects to work on as part of their training.

Come along to our Industry 4.0 Employer Forum on Thursday 5 December to see how an I4.0 higher apprentice can help your business.

If you are not the right person in your organisation to attend this event, please pass the invitation on to them. Or if you would like to bring along some of your colleagues that’s fine, just let us know when you RSVP for catering purposes.

Yours sincerely,
