Insurance Data Reveals Reality Of PWC Users

BIAV members would be well aware that BIAV has, for many years, called for a balanced approach with regard to regulating and managing PWC usage. We’ve been very keen for authorities and the public to realise that the majority of users do the right thing, are safety conscious, have a great safety record which is much better than a huge list of other sports and recreational activities, and that new rules are not needed. BIAV has gone on to support the implementation of the current rules, and for the minority who flout the rules, to be dealt with.  We were pleased therefore to see Club Marine’s media release this week that in many ways supports BIAV’s position.
