PATHWAY PROGRESS - INDUSTRY IMMERSION DAY

A crucial component of BIAV’s Boating Careers is the Pathway aspect of its 3Ps (Profile, Platform, Pathway). Providing aspirants, young and otherwise, with a supported introduction, and taste of the industry, hosted by engaged and willing BIAV members is of great importance.

Last Friday there was a fantastic example of this, when the Dandenong/Patterson Lakes area Industry Immersion day took place. BIAV’s Dan Brown lead a group (busload) of targeted and industry suitable year 11 students on a tour of Mercury, Bar Crusher, and Patterson Lakes Marina, and it was a great day. many thanks to these engaged members!
