GOTAFE - Open to Marine Craft Construction Apprenticeships

BIAV is pleased to advise that GOTAFE is now accepting new apprentices for the MEM30719 Certificate III in Marine Craft Construction. GoTAFE understand that many prospective students have been eagerly waiting for this opportunity and are thrilled to share we are able to offer it in 2023.

GoTAFE have appointed Scott Compson as Trainer and Assessor Marine and Composites, which has enabled GoTAFE to increase their capacity and accept new students. Scott has an impressive background in the industry, and with over 25 years of work experience and education, GoTAFE are confident that his expertise and experience will be invaluable to MCC Apprentices.

During his time, he has been involved in both manufacture and repair of composites, using both open and closed mould techniques with a range of materials. Classes are due to start in May 2023.
