VECCI ENERGY ROADMAP

BIAV applauds the Victorian Chamber (VECCI), who has released a roadmap aimed at helping reduce energy prices, ensure the reliability of energy supply, capitalise on investment opportunities and support businesses in the transition to a net-zero economy. The roadmap will include short, medium and longer term priorities. The short-term focus being on a Roadmap to Renewables, Energy Intensive Business Support, developing the required Skilled Workforce and Commercial Solar Upgrades.

The missing piece BIAV would also like to see, so as to give businesses relief and some confidence, is the provision of a interim supply, at business friendly cost, until such time that what is aimed for can be fully achieved. Read more.
