UNI v APPRENTICESHIPS

Next month’s Industry Immersion Day, based at Patterson Lakes Marina, and various BIAV member businesses in Braeside and Dandenong, has the involvement and support of the Empowered Women in Trades organisation. It seemed suitable therefore to share their uni v apprenticeship analysis. With no disrespect to the great opportunities that uni offers, it is interesting to look at these early career comparisons, and to see what a great start people can get off to. As well as enjoying a great marine career at the same time! We do hope to see a lot of young women at the immersion day and getting into an industry apprenticeship.
