BETTER BOAT RAMPS IN THE FUTURE

BIAV recognizes the great effort by Better Boating Victoria (BBV) to develop the Victorian Boating Facility Design Guidelines. These are now available for guidance to boating facility managers and stakeholders and are expected to provide for better launching and retrieving, and overall boating experiences for Victorian boaters. Over 95% of Victoria’s 200,000 registered fleet is trailored, and will greatly appreciate better, and more suitable facilities in the future. This document complements the Recreational Boating Strategy that BBV recently released.

BIAV also recognizes the great contribution to the process of developing the Guidelines by its Board member Franz Grasser, as well as VR Fish representatives Max Fletcher and Ben Scullin. You can view the full document here …..
