PORT PHILLIP HEADS RIP TOUR/CLASS

Enjoy a day out on the water as you learn about the Port Phillip Heads and how to safely transit the Rip.  Once a year, the ORCV run an on-water tour of the Port Phillip heads from the Peninsula Princess Sea Ferry.  Learn about the navigation aids, lighthouses, tidal flows, when to transit, the different channels and protocols, navigation hazards to avoid all interlaced with the history and facts on the heads.  

 Delivered by an experienced navigator and well-respected yachtmen with 40+ years of experience.
