BIAV says there's a lot to like about the BBV draft Strategy and Action Plan for recreational boating in Victoria, with its ten year perspective. There is reference to the much anticipated Better Boating Fund, an outline of the current situation, an emphasis on project development and delivery, as well as improvements for boaters in Victoria.
