ROADMAP AND 24/10 UPDATE
The Victorian Government has outlined further details for the 80 per cent and 90 per cent double dose targets on the Roadmap.
At 6:00pm on Friday 29 October:
Regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne will unite and share the same restrictions, enabling people to go boating statewide.
Masks will no longer be required outdoors whilst boating or fishing.
All retail will open. (DQ4)
Most indoor settings, including restaurants, pubs, and boat clubs will open if all staff and patrons are fully vaccinated.
Work from home if you can; or, go to work if you are fully vaccinated.
Community sport permitted indoors and outdoors, regardless of vaccination status.
Accommodation (presumed to include houseboats and other boat rental) is Open, in line with private gathering limits. Vaccination is strongly recommended in this instance.

From Wednesday 24 November (predicted date):
Capacity limits or density quotients will be removed for all settings.
Masks will only be mandatory indoors in some high-risk settings.
There will be no restrictions for indoor and outdoor events such as the Discover Boating Showcase (Feb), provided they follow COVIDSafe rules, including vaccination requirements.
