LAKE EILDON BOATING & FISHING SHOW: HOW TO GET THERE

The inaugural Lake Eildon Boating & Fishing Show is taking place this spring, from Friday 11 October through to Sunday 13 October. Experience Life on the Lake with magnificent houseboats to explore, the latest boats on display and to trial, jet skis, paddle boards, fishing gear, water sport demonstrations, kids’ entertainment, twilight cinema, fireworks, food, drink and refreshments at the Waterfront Bar & Café and lots more.

The show will take place at Houseboat Harbour, beneath the Eildon Dam Wall (Alliance Boat Ramp/Eildon Boat Ramp).

How to get there? A few options:

Driving:
Lake Eildon is only 2 hours from Melbourne
Parking is available at the Quarry Carpark + the Lookout Carpark via Jerusalem Creek Road / Embankment Road.
A free Shuttle bus will run via Eildon town centre, Quarry Carpark, Lookout Carpark every half hour: Friday, Saturday + Sunday.

By Water:
Missy Tour Boat will Pick Up/Drop Off at Jerusalem Creek, Darlingford Waters Boat Club, Bonnie Doon Boat Club, Eildon Boat Club and Eildon Harbour (fee applies).

Flying:
Travel by helicopter with Microflite. Day return trips from the Melbourne Heliport, Melbourne CBD to Eildon Boat Club, Lake Eildon are available throughout the show. The flight time is approx. 45 minutes each way, with prices starting from $895 per passenger return trip for groups of 4, 5 or 6 passengers.
